Christine seves as a "Roaming Scholar" at the UW President's Club Reception

The President’s Club Reception is an informal program that is traditionally hosted on the Sylvan Grove Theater. The goal of the event is to recognize, thank and inspire some of the UW’s most passionate supporters and demonstrate the impact of their combined giving.

Interim President Ana Mari Cauce kindly included Christine in her remarks, highlighting her research in school nutrition and recent award from the Congressional Hunger Center. During the event, Christine acted as a "Roaming Scholar," informing attendees of her research and how UW shaped her work.
