Christine authors KCET Departures story on Coachella Valley's Hidden Harvest

KCET Departures, an online interactive exploration of Los Angeles neighborhoods, features Christine's story on a non-profit called Hidden Harvest in California's Coachella Valley, a region with one of the largest wealth gaps in the country. Hidden Harvest prevents crop waste, provides local farmworkers with supplemental work opportunities at a higher wage, and brings produce to the area's low-income populations.
